Pick-up (Whitehorse)

If you are from the Yukon, you can simply pick up your plant order in Whitehorse. I will give you the address for pick-up at the time your order is placed.

Delivery

If you would like delivery to your door step, this is available within Whitehorse in the zones shown below. There is a delivery charge to cover gas, time and vehicle maintenance.

Pick-up (Okotoks)

I occasionally visit Calgary area, Alberta and can bring your ordered plants with me for a 20% fly-down fee. This is generally cheaper than mailing the plants and can be done in any season of the year. The next trip is planned for late April, early May of 2026.

Shipping

NOTE: This is season-dependent. I only ship plants when temperatures are guaranteed to stay warm enough. Right now, I am not shipping plants due to weather conditions.

I historically have shipped Canada-wide via Canada post. Costs are dependent on the amount you are shipping, but generally for orders under $100, shipping is between $15 and $25.

I still ship with Canada Post, but due to possible Postal Strikes, I offer the ability to ship with alternate companies (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, etc). As a small business, I do get a reduced rate from the prices listed directly on their websites, however, generally it is still at least $10-20 more than Canada Post. Basically with an alternate shipping company for standard shipping you should expect from $30-50 and for quicker shipping from $40-60. This is all dependent on the size of plants you order., and unfortunately, unlike Canada Post rates which are very consistent, these rates can literally vary from day to day for reasons unknown.

Holds

You can have plants held to be shipped at a later time, for fly-down dates, or when the shipping season opens.

In order to do this, you will be required to pay:

  • The current cost of any plants to be held in full and this amount will be non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Any difference in the plant's worth at the time of shipment due to maturity and growth (i.e. if you purchase a $10 plant and it grows into a $15 plant by the time of shipment, you owe $5 on the plant). 
Plants can only be held for up to 3 months or until the next available shipping season/fly-down. 
 
To have plants held, fill in the order form and select the "Hold" option.
